Experienced Commercial/Civil Litigation Attorney for Drafting and Research
Law Firm Description Wites & Rogers is a civil litigation law firm representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims, class actions, consumer rights, sexual assault, and investment disputes. The firm leverages extensive trial experience, legal skill, and resources to pursue strong outcomes for clients in Florida and across the United States. Wites & Rogers is committed to advocating for individuals and consumers who have been harmed or unfairly treated. Team members work in a collaborative environment focused on thorough case preparation, client communication, and ethical legal practice.

Responsibilities
Research and drafting motions, memos, complaints, and other related projects for the Firm's practice areas, which include commercial and civil litigation matters such as
Personal injury and wrongful death
Homeowner and commercial property disputes
Sexual abuse cases
Contract litigation
Investment loss cases
Sexual abuse
Class actions
The role may also include covering hearings and depositions, and interacting with clients

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have:

At least 10 years of experience, which may include a clerkship and work at reputable law firms known for their work quality
Top academic credentials from both undergraduate and law school
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and propose solutions
Knowledgeable in all aspects of litigation from pre-trial investigation through and including trial
Willingness to accept constructive criticism and work as a team player
Experienced in all aspects of both federal court and state court practice
Excellent research and writing skills

Preference will be given to candidates willing to work in our office although fully remote and hybrid candidates will be given full consideration
