Morrison Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Patient Food Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team on-site at Mayo Clinic in La Crosse, WI .

Lead and oversee patient food service operations based on medical direction and patient population needs.
Ensure special diets and dietary restrictions are followed while supporting patient preferences within diet-order guidelines.
Drive patient satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.
Lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.
Partner with clinical and operational teams to promote safety, quality, and an outstanding patient experience.
Associate degree with at least one year of foodservice or related experience, or a bachelor's degree in foodservice technology, management, or a related field.
At least one year of foodservice management experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
