Note: Candidates must be actively barred and in good standing in the state for the office location they are pursuing (Georgia, Florida, or Illinois) and must have 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience. Meet with clients, build trust quickly, and guide them through litigation with empathy and clarity

Evaluate claims, damages, and liability to develop winning case themes and settlement posture

Negotiate with carriers and defense counsel, participate in mediation, and manage demands and offers

Collaborate closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to keep files moving efficiently

Qualifications JD from an accredited law school

2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience. Active bar license in good standing in the state of the office you're applying to (GA, FL, or IL)

Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
