Seeking a candidate who enjoys providing creative solutions for our partners, embraces technology and is constantly thinking of a better way to do things. The ideal applicant works well in a team-oriented environment, is able to manage their time appropriately to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met, can work efficiently through tasks, can effectively build and maintain relationships by utilizing a strong set of soft skills and is comfortable analyzing and discussing basic insurance data in order to drive their external partners towards production and profitability goals. In this role, an Associate Underwriter is expected to handle daily referrals, manage external partners towards production and profitability goals, manage projects from planning to completion and support the Underwriters with various team work flows. Some travel may be required. Applicant will need to be proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Manage projects and tasks with autonomy from planning to completion within deadlines

2 years of insurance experience or professional experience in a similar field

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365
