HR Generalist (Perm)

AdvancedPCB

The Human Resource Generalist will assist in ensuring the AdvancedPCB philosophy is consistently reinforced by holding all staff accountable through positive reinforcement of policies and procedures.
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Coordinate open enrollment, changes, and training for employee benefit programs.
Including new hire eligibility, enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Process required documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Assists the Corporate Recruiter with recruitment and interview process as requested.
On-boarding and Off-boarding personnel per documented process.
Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in a timely manner.
Track and manage employee documents.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Bilingual in Spanish Strongly Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study Preferred
Five+ years of progressive work experience supporting a comprehensive understanding of business practice
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related HR software.
Long periods of time at a desk working at a computer.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
