We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, beauty, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a trusted style resource for our clients, helping them discover products they love while building meaningful, long-term relationships. This is more than a retail position. It's an opportunity to be part of a growing brand that values creativity, connection, and elevated customer experiences.
Store hours:
Thursday through Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity, and exceptional service
Build genuine relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits
Become knowledgeable across our apparel, beauty, and lifestyle collections
Drive sales through relationship building, product expertise, and an elevated client experience
Help maintain beautiful visual merchandising displays and store presentation
Assist with inventory replenishment and organization
Support in-store events, brand activations, and community experiences
Previous retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service experience preferred
Passion for fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
