Undergraduate Recruiter

We\'re looking for a people-focused Recruiter who enjoys connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you\'ll partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and create a positive experience for every applicant from the first conversation to the final offer.
Success in this position comes from building relationships, understanding people beyond their resumes, and helping teams grow with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and role requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure every candidate has a professional, respectful, and engaging recruitment experience.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports when needed.
Represent the company\'s values and employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruitment initiatives such as campus hiring, employee referrals, job fairs, and networking events.
What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
