Tempoary Administrative Assistant - St John Parish - A1017

$16.00

The perfect candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while still being able to maintain quality work and attention to detail. We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality and "Can-do" attitude, who is able to handle all kinds of personalities on a daily basis.

Job Duties Include:
Answering a very busy, multiline phone system
Taking and entering orders into proprietary computer system
Data entry
Administrative duties assigned by supervisor
Documenting any pertinent information on clients in the company computer system
Qualities and Skills Required: Outgoing and customer service oriented.
Good computer skills are a MUST.
The ability to multitask is a MUST.
Must be detail oriented and motivated.
Must be reliable and have excellent attendance record.
