Better Buzz Coffee is opening soon in the Apple Valley area! We are excited to create some new BUZZ brand fans in the neighborhood! Apple Valley, CA 92308.

You can work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Once hired, we will train you at our San Jacinto location. Perks of the Buzz Life Free drinks & food on shift fuel up with your favorite Buzz. 35% discount on retail, food & drinks when off shift. Dedicated training with a certified Training Ambassador. Base pay is $17 per hour. In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed, our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks

Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards

Work all caf positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business: Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders. Back of House - Cooking & Prepping.

1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
