Shift Cleaning Technician

Job Title: C&S Technician (Cleaning & Sterilization Technician)
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Role Overview
We are looking for a C&S Technician with 2+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment and cleaning/sterilization processes in a regulated environment.
Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with laboratory equipment such as sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, and automated washers.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook .
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry .
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Read and follow C&S protocols, procedures, and process terminology.
Initiate and monitor cleaning and sterilization processes.
Operate ultrasonic cleaners, automated washers, and autoclaves according to established procedures.
Inspect devices for visual defects after cleaning.
Maintain accurate records and enter process data into Excel and written reports .
Prepare cleaning solutions as required.
Operate, troubleshoot, and resolve basic issues with laboratory equipment.
Replace chemicals on machines and cleaning stations when required.
Ensure procedures are being followed correctly by team members.
Communicate effectively with clients and engineers.
Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in cross-training across other laboratory areas.
