Graduating Dentist - Relocation Required

A Federally Qualified Health Center in northern Louisiana is seeking a General Dentist to join their team due to continued growth. Both experienced dentists and new graduates will be considered. Ruston is known for its friendly community, outdoor recreation, and annual Peach Festival.

Team Structure: Work alongside 1 Dentist, 3–4 Assistants, and 1–2 Hygienists
Facility: 7 Operatories
Payor Mix: ~65% Medicaid, 8% Medicare, 20% Private Insurance, 8% Sliding Fee Scale
In addition to this Ruston site, the organization also partners with other regional health centers in Louisiana—including one in a major city that serves a large and diverse patient population, offering robust primary care, dental, and behavioral health services.
