Pay: $2,463.48 weekly

Shifts: 12 hr days, weekends as scheduled

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This role involves working in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMU) with an 18-bed capacity, providing care for typical step-down patients in an acute setting. RN candidates will be expected to manage postoperative, vascular, and other complex medical cases requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and titration of drips.

Key Responsibilities of the Stepdown Registered Nurse

Provide care for patients with diagnoses such as post-MI with sheath pull, ADHS, postoperative vascular issues, GI bleed, and DKA
Titrate drips including Nitroglycerine, Neo, and Cardene
Interpret and read telemetry strips
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC

Requirements of the Stepdown Registered Nurse

Valid RN license in West Virginia
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Experience in stepdown or intermediate care units
