Description About the Role: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Qualifications: Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
