Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Business Process Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As the nation's leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, we are committed to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.

In this role, you will serve as a change agent, partnering with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, solve complex problems, and drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and operational results

Deliver training that strengthens organizational capabilities and supports business objectives

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, workflows, and production systems

Identify improvement opportunities independently and drive solutions from concept through implementation

Lead improvement events and large-scale projects that deliver measurable business results

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering, or manufacturing initiatives

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

Experience leading cross-functional projects and process transformation initiatives

Manufacturing operations experience

Lean certification or equivalent continuous improvement training preferred

Pleasant facility; however, will work other projects throughout the US plants and distribution facilities. Expected travel up to 25%.
