Warehouse: Order Puller Full Time

Order Selector Compensation • The pay for this position is $17.59 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Order Selector Highlights • The required availability for this position is 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Warehouse distribution center environment supporting store orders • Frequent overtime may be required during high-volume periods • Fast-paced role with physical activity and productivity expectations Order Selector Responsibilities • Compile store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities • Pick and gather merchandise for placement into totes or boxes for store shipments • Safely lift and move totes or boxes weighing 30–50 lbs • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all safety guidelines • Perform general housekeeping to keep aisles and work areas free of debris • Follow standard operating procedures and established distribution best practices • Enter data for inventory ins and outs related to picking and packaging • Apply EAS tags and place labels where required • Properly pack, secure, and seal totes or boxes before sending to conveyor systems • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Order Selector Requirements • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to read, write, and count accurately • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally • Must be certified on all required equipment • Knowledge of Aptia preferred • High School Diploma or GED • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications • 0–2 years of warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Familiarity with pick ticket or warehouse management systems If you think this Order Selector position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
