Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Leads, coaches, and develops hourly and salaried team members to build a high‑performance, safety‑focused workforce.

Creates clear performance expectations and provides regular feedback, mentoring, and training to support employee growth.

Maintains open, proactive communication channels with front‑line employees to improve engagement and alignment.

Encourages employee feedback and participation in improvement initiatives, including safety, quality, and productivity programs.

Effectively addresses employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues using sound judgment and HR best practices.

Drives adoption of new processes, technologies, or training programs by ensuring employee understanding and buy‑in.

Champions a safety‑first mindset and enforces compliance with all plant policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, logistics, and service center processes.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Experience with MS Office Suite.

Proven analytical skills.

Lean/6‑Sigma training preferred.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Operations Management.

10+ years of ever‑increasing responsibilities in Operations Management.
