$10,000 for FT and $5,000 for PT sign on bonus paid out quarterly over a year as long as in good standings

Rate of pay: $27.00 to $30.60 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

Assist with resident comfort.

Provide wound care.

Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

Help coach staff as necessary.

Current LPN license in West Virginia

Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
