Full Time- Auto Parts Counter Sales

Parts Counter RepresentativeI-State Truck Center is looking for a Parts Counter Representative for our Sioux Falls South Dakota location. We are looking for candidates that have any parts counter experience with a preference on heavy duty trucks or equipment. In this role you will source and purchase parts, manage parts inventory as well as pricing parts for our customers and technicians so familiarity with computer-based parts program is a plus.As a Parts Counter Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians with their heavy-duty truck parts needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying, and locating the correct parts, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining inventory levels.
