Nurse Educator Rehabilitation Nursing
Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing
Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a 97 bed SNF, a team-oriented facility, is seeking an RN for their Nurse Educator position who is energetic and passionate about education. This position is responsible for the education of all employees.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and conduct orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees.
Maintain training programs for the nursing department and work with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of need or interest for presentations.
Plan, schedule and post monthly calendar of education programs.
Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings.
Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule/hours in management role.
On call rotation.
