Sales Assistant at Frasier
As a Sales Assistant at Frasier, you will help prospective residents and their families explore a vibrant community where older adults can thrive. This dynamic role supports sales, marketing, outreach, events, and resident move-ins while ensuring every prospect receives personalized attention and an exceptional experience. Partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, you will help guide individuals through the decision-making process and contribute to the continued success and growth of the community.
Pay Range: $20.40-24.25 per hour
1+ years of experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles preferred, ideally in senior living or working with older adults

• 1+ years of experience managing leads and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process, preferred
• Highschool graduate (or GED) required
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• CRM data entry, maintenance, and reporting, ideal
• Strong presentation, tour-hosting and customer services skills
