Head of Programme Management
CHRISTIAN CAMP AND CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION

As the Flint Valley Program Director, you will be a leading force in advancing our mission through programming. You will oversee a dynamic and gifted team of Program Managers to execute program strategy, see lives changed, and develop the next generation of Christlike leaders. You will also serve on the Flint Valley Leadership Team, shaping the future, culture, and staff development at New Life Ranch - Flint Valley.
You confidently manage and coach direct reports in their work and professional/faith development.
You are hungry for and open to feedback, and will seek it out from leadership, colleagues, parents, groups, summer staff, and key stakeholders.
