Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Georgia Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
