Our client, a leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team! The firm is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to professional growth, and a strong focus on excellence in client service.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic team of litigators on high-profile, document-intensive matters. Managing all phases of litigation, including document review, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
Assisting attorneys in preparing SEC filings, subpoenas, motions, and other court documents
Handling large-scale e-discovery processes using industry-standard platforms
Bachelor's degree required and Paralegal Certificate
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Securities or complex Commercial Litigation
Proficiency in litigation support software and e-Discovery tools
This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a hybrid remote option.
