The Welder I position is responsible for welding metal components using hand‑welding equipment and ensuring weld quality meets specifications.

Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

Inspect and verify parts for accuracy

Maintain consistent, high-quality welds

Meet hourly and job‑based weld output goals

Use common welding hand and power tools

High school diploma or GED

Welding certificate or equivalent experience

Industrial fabrication environment

Full‑time, 40 hrs/week with possible overtime
