Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time
Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, cognition, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques
Help residents improve safety and independence with everyday activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to support resident-centered care
Collaborative rehab setting with strong team support
Opportunity to work with both post-acute rehab and long-term care residents
Stable caseload with meaningful resident interaction
Leadership team focused on therapist mentorship and professional growth
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
CEU reimbursement
Active Occupational Therapist license required
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
