Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County (VSHNC), part of Ethos Veterinary Health, is a leading specialty and emergency hospital serving North San Diego County. As an ER Liaison / Veterinary Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting efficient emergency department operations while providing compassionate guidance to clients during stressful situations.

Serve as the primary liaison between pet owners and the Emergency & Critical Care team.

Review treatment plans and financial estimates with clients.

Collect payments and deposits while assisting clients with financing options when appropriate.

Enter and maintain accurate patient and client information within the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

High school diploma or equivalent.
