Surgical Transplant Requirements
Stepdown/PCU experience. Travel Experience. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. They also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay. Patients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery. Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).

Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.

Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.

Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.

Some computer skills.
