We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Product Delivery to lead the evaluation, development, and execution of new product and business opportunities within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
This role is designed for a proven operator who has already worked at the intersection of product, operations, and revenue and can move initiatives from concept through execution with minimal ramp time.
Partner cross functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to drive successful product delivery
Develop and present business cases, including financial feasibility, margin analysis, and risk assessment
Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of new business opportunities
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership
10+ years of experience in product delivery, business development, or strategic growth within food manufacturing, CPG, or a related industry

• Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating business opportunities and building financial models
• Experience working cross functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to make a measurable impact on company performance
