1st Shift- Full Time
Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. Valid Security Officer/Guard License as required by state licensing authority• Must be at least 18 years old
Patrol & Surveillance • Conduct walking patrols to identify and report safety concerns• Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials• Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity
Incident Response & Reporting • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol• Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents• Perform routine security tasks (e.g., Customer Service & Policy Enforcement • Assist visitors and employees professionally• Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols• Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., Minimum • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments• Weekend availability• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills• Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations• Basic computer skills; Preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break• Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping• Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping
Minimum • High School Diploma or equivalent• No prior experience required
Preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses Tennessee Unarmed Security License preferred
