DBA - Database (Virtual)

We’re looking for a Database Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data‑related problems, working through a high volume of technical tickets, and digging into SQL to identify root causes and implement solutions.
This is not a traditional DBA position. Instead, we’re looking for someone with strong SQL skills who enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting, reporting, data fixes, and supporting business‑critical applications. Investigate and resolve application and data‑related support tickets.
Write, test, and execute SQL scripts to perform data updates, corrections, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot production and UAT issues by analyzing data, stored procedures, and application behavior.
Support reporting and operational data requests across multiple business functions.
Modify and maintain existing stored procedures, queries, and database processes.
Participate in ongoing application support, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives.
Strong SQL experience, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and stored procedures.
Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing production data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database platforms.
Experience with Java applications is a plus but not required.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications is preferred.
DBA experience is not required.
Enjoys solving puzzles and digging into data.
