Associate Attorney (Remote Flexible)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Associate who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex family law matters while working in a supportive, modern, and well-structured environment.

Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial
Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on divorce, custody, support, and related matters
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff using structured workflow systems
Maintain clear and consistent client communication
Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation/trial experience (family law preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• Strong courtroom presence and case management skills
• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
