Phlebotomist, Hospital Phlebotomy

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Houston TX 77040 . Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 3 Months+
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.
Properly explain in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and other specimen collection (ex. Check all test requisitions or computer labels against the script to ensure 100% correctness.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 6 months- 1 years of phlebotomy experience is required.
