WeCare at Jameson Care Center, located at 3349 Wilmington Road, New Castle, PA, 16105 is actively seeking dedicated LPNs to add to our growing team!
Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
If you strive to deliver top quality care , positivity and compassion come join us! Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
Follow the plan of care for each resident.
Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
Report to the Director of Nursing.
Valid LPN license in the State of PA
