At our AS9100/ISO-certified machine shop, precision isn't just what we make—it's who we are. We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist who takes pride in producing exceptional work and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce close-tolerance precision components

Operate CNC mills as needed (mill experience is a plus)

Make offsets and minor program edits to maintain quality and efficiency

Select tooling and optimize setups for repeatable production

Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment

Maintain quality documentation and follow AS9100 quality standards

5+ years of CNC machining experience with a strong emphasis on lathes

Proven setup and operation experience

A dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing quality work

Bonus Qualifications

CNC mill setup and operation experience

G-code editing

Experience with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls

Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience a plus, as this is the direction we're heading

Trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent training
