Capstone Physical Therapy is a local therapist-owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our mission is to change lives through care, culture, and community. Capstone therapists are committed to obtaining advanced levels of education and certification and providing evidence-based treatments. Our clinics offer specialty areas of practice including orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatric rehab, pelvic health, balance and vertigo, and work rehabilitation. Our clinicians are experts in therapy and many hold specialist certifications including OCS, GCS and CHT. We are an evidence-based practice that emphasizes skilled and specialty care therapy.

Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education

Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care

Participate in continuing education and skill development

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT)

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
