The Registered Dietitian is a full-time, on-site role based in the New Bern–Morehead City Area. This team member will provide individualized nutritional counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and weight management support to clients in alignment with the center’s science-based and client-focused philosophy. Daily responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, developing and monitoring personalized meal plans, and collaborating with other wellness professionals to integrate nutrition into comprehensive health programs. The Registered Dietitian will educate clients on evidence-based nutrition practices, document care plans and progress, and adjust interventions as needed to support sustainable lifestyle change. Applied nutrition and dietetics expertise, including Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to translate science-based principles into practical guidance.

Clinical practice capabilities, including Medical Nutrition Therapy, for managing and supporting various health conditions through nutrition interventions.

Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and state licensure (or eligibility), in accordance with North Carolina regulations.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience in outpatient, wellness, sports performance, or weight management settings is preferred.
