We are currently looking for a talented Residential Journeyman Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical services while fostering positive customer relationships through exceptional people skills. High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
Texas Residential Journeyman License
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field
Customer Engagement:
Exhibit strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
Explain electrical issues and proposed solutions in a clear and understandable manner
Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
Perform a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with local codes/city ordinances and safety regulation.
Quality Workmanship:
Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs
Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond to emergency calls promptly
Arrive on time for training, appointments and complete tasks efficiently
Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity
Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing assistance and sharing knowledge
Participation in workshops, seminars, and training programs
Mentorship and coaching to enhance technical and people skills
