Dispatcher
The Dispatcher will schedule technician appointments at customer sites and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company as well as assist in fleet and safety management. Dispatch Operations
Communicate effectively with field teams to manage delays, cancellations, and reschedules.

Customer Experience
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate technician arrival.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Data & Reporting
Use dispatch software and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as job completion rates, revenue per job, and technician productivity.
Provide daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and revenue impact.

~ Proficient in Service Titan or similar service software
Work is performed in an office environment
Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor
