Job Summary:
Dialysis Unit RN position in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing dialysis care across multiple campuses, including ICU patients with dialysis needs such as acute kidney injury and end-stage renal disease. The position requires working the day shift with a flexible schedule, including holiday coverage, and floating across all campuses to meet patient needs.
Job Details:
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 24 months of current dialysis experience including inpatient dialysis, hemodialysis experience using Fresenius machines, Iowa or multistate compact nursing license, American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross BLS certification, and valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications: Acute dialysis experience, inpatient dialysis experience highly preferred, and experience with peritoneal dialysis is desirable
Float: Float rotation may be required across all campuses
Additional Information:

Orientation dates: 08/03/2026, 08/17/2026
Holiday work required unless facility is closed (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Call rotation scheduled Mon-Fri (1900-2200), Saturday (1900-0700), Sunday (0700-1900 or 1900-0600)
Employee separation policy specifies no travel assignment for individuals with past employment at the organization within the last 12 months, unless previously a travel employee
Telemetry reading experience necessary, dialysis experience highly preferred
