Salehi Boyer Lombana Lavigne, P.A. is seeking an experienced attorney to handle first party property insurance litigation with a strong emphasis on Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) involving both residential and commercial property claims .

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys investigating complex claims, analyzing coverage issues, and working directly with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities Conduct and defend Examinations Under Oath for insureds and corporate representatives.

Analyze coverage issues, policy conditions, and potential fraud indicators.

Advise carriers regarding coverage, SIU referrals, and claim strategy.

Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters.

Handle pre suit and litigated first party property matters.

Work closely with adjusters, experts, and SIU personnel.

Represent insurers throughout Florida.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience handling Florida first party property claims.

Significant experience conducting EUOs involving residential and commercial losses.

Strong knowledge of Florida property insurance law and coverage analysis.

Excellent deposition and questioning skills.

Strong legal writing and analytical abilities.

Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Preferred Experience Hurricane and catastrophic loss claims.

Large commercial property losses.

Fraud and misrepresentation investigations.

Appraisal and coverage litigation.

Familiarity with Citizens, domestic carriers, and surplus lines insurers.
