Three-day work week to start

Flexible Friday scheduling

Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) during the first six months

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active California Dental License (or eligibility)
• Strong treatment planning and comprehensive dentistry skills
• Modern digital office with panoramic imaging, CBCT, and digital workflow

Clinical autonomy with support from an experienced owner-doctor
