Experience managing cardiac drips and continuous telemetry monitoring

Proficient in patient care, including IV management and emergency response

Ability to float within facility as needed

The unit focuses on neuro/stroke, respiratory, cardiac, and mixed medical cases. Assignments will be for patients requiring PCU level care. Staffing ratio is 1 nurse to 4 patients. The unit has 36 beds, with an average daily census of 30. Familiarity with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is preferred.
