As a member of our integrated Student Health & Well-Being team, you'll provide individual and group counseling, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and consultation while collaborating with medical providers, health educators, and other campus professionals to deliver comprehensive, student-centered care.

Target Hourly/Salary Rate: 54000

Appointment Full-time Equivalency: 1.0

FLSA Status: Exempt

Bargaining Unit Announcement: This is NOT a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Contingent Upon Funding: Not Applicable

Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling to students in personal and interpersonal adjustment, academic concerns, and career and life planning. Provides referrals to outside resources as appropriate. Consults with faculty, staff and others as appropriate to provide an optimum environment for student success. Serves as liaison to organizations on campus.

Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent Qualifications: LCSW or LISW

Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree

Working Conditions and Physical Effort Environment: Work is performed in an interior medical/clinical environment.

Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.

Risk: Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
