ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, floating to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed. Responsibilities will include managing overflow and Emergency Department (ED) holds, with the capability of taking on four patients at a time.
Position Details
Start Date: Within the next 3-5 weeks
Schedule: 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
Shifts:
Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Qualifications
- 2 years of nursing experience, including travel nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Certification in either ENPC or PALS is required
- TNCC certification is preferred
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU and PCU settings.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions effectively.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
