Senior Bookkeeper - Full Time

:

• ``Duties:```- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.- Stay current on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
• ``Requirements:```- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.- Proficient in payroll processing and tax compliance.- Knowledge of budgeting and financial report writing.- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices and general ledger accounting.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus.
