BCBA- Full Time - Clinic

About Carry On Therapy Carry On Therapy provides ABA services centered around real life and the needs of each family. Carry On Therapy is seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being present on the treatment floor, coaching RBTs in real time, and directly supporting learner progress.

This is a 100% clinical position focused on treatment quality, behavior plans, clinical programming, and staff guidance. There are no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director oversee clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus on providing quality clinical care.

Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor

Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans

Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions

Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support

Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, state requirements, and company policies

Reporting Structure

Focuses exclusively on clinical programming, treatment quality, staff supervision, and learner progress

Does not include scheduling, clinic operations, or other administrative responsibilities

Administrative and credentialing support

Pay Range: $70–$85 per hour

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Ability to provide effective feedback and coaching in a clinic environment

A passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
