Our Security Officers also provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCECompleted High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certificationsStrong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusMust be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a personValid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).If any employment cannot be confirmed, candidates may be required to provide proof of employment (such as a pay stubs or W-2s)Desired Qualifications of the Security Officer:Previous work experience with the public in a service settingTaser Qualifications:Ability to meet qualification standards when initially placed in a Taser position and annually thereafter.Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a Taser.Ability to participate in and pass additional Taser training at the discretion of the Taser instructorand/or Tarian.Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of Tarian's Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER), Tarian's Taser Policy.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTWork hours will vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company.
