We have an office where good work is recognized, senior staff are trusted to lead, and you won't be waiting for corporate approval to make a decision.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in power distribution, critical infrastructure, and electrical system design to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.What you'll do:Lead electrical design from concept through construction administrationWork directly with clients, architects, and contractorsMentor junior engineers and designersApply IBC, NEC, NFPA 99, and other codes relevant to commercial construction, healthcare/life-safety work.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering6+ years designing electrical systems for commercial and licensed healthcare buildingsPE licenseAutodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam proficiencyHealthcare or public safety facility experience a plusBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceParental leaveProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
