We're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed health-tech company to hire a Technical Recruiter who will play a key role in scaling its Engineering organization.
Working closely with Engineering leadership, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI functions, helping attract and hire exceptional technical talent.

What We're Looking For Full-cycle recruiting experience within technology, SaaS, or startup environments
Success recruiting Software Engineering and other technical talent
Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities
Experience partnering with Engineering leaders and hiring managers
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who wants to be deeply involved in hiring strategy, influence key talent decisions, and help shape the growth of a highly ambitious technology business.
