Experience: 1- 3+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience OR a graduation certification from an accredited dental assistant school.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern practice management software (experience with Open Dental is a major plus).

Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Chairside Excellence: Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to our dentists during general and cosmetic procedures.
Deliver a gentle, judgment-free patient experience, ensuring our Gresham community members feel completely safe and welcomed.
Clinical Flow: Efficiently prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms according to strict infection control protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our front office and clinical staff to keep our fast-paced daily scheduling running smoothly.
